Images not displaying in Roster

There are a number of possible reasons for this:

You haven't installed the image pack. Please go to the downloads section and download the WoW Roster Image Pack and upload the contents to your Roster directory as per the installation instructions.
If only a few icons are missing then make sure you downloaded the Image Pack update that usually gets released after a patch that has new items.
If you have uploaded the Image Pack, make sure all the files made it to your server. Many servers have an FTP upload limit and with over 4000 images in the Image Pack it is easy to get hit by these server limits of by FTP uploads failing for whatever reason.
