I'm hoping someone can help me out with a problem I've been having. Whenever someone with more than one character in our guild tries to update, they get this error:

Cannot update Character Data

Any ideas? Here are the stats of what I'm running:
Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0 and all available updates from MS.
MySQL version 5.0.24
PHP version 5.1.4
WoWRoster version 1.7.0
Everything is with a fresh install (no upgrades from previous versions).
