can not save changed roster config.. / guildbank broken

if i make any change in the roster config i every time come back to the password/login screen?

and i have this error code on the config page:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/wowmods.de/httpdocs/rostervvl/localization/deDE.php:1) in /var/www/vhosts/wowmods.de/httpdocs/rostervvl/admin/config.php on line 63

also seems the guildbank to be broken since blasc is now buffed.de:

Did you edit your deDE.php file?

a little bit... only the blasc to buffed.de thigs and a few localisation errors..

You need to edit deDE.php with a real text editor
Not windows notepad

Extract a copy from the original zip package and edit it again
And your guildbank looks fine to me

show it with internet explorer (with all other browsers its looks ok)
