Warning: Invalid argument supplied for line 300 in config.ph

I keep getting the

"Could not find guild: 'Company of the Sword' for server 'Steamwheedle Cartel'
You need to load your guild first and make sure you finished configuration

Click here for installation instructions", message.

When I try to do anything else I then get an error that says "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/t/h/e/theswordmaster/html/Roster/admin/config.php on line 300"

Can anyone please help me? I have never done any of this to begin with, and having errors with it is really frustrating!
