Newbie question about first upload

Ok i've got everything setup. I go to roster page says it can't find guild @ server.

So it says upload guild. I click it. Upload the .lua

I get the error either player @ server ignored. (Kael'Thas)

OR

Guild not found in database. Update member list. {Kael'thas)

They switch between the two messages depending on a capitol T

but neither work.

I fixed it using the ADMIN upload.

however i have a new problem.

Some members upload fine because their server reads as Kael'thas

Others can't because their server reads as Kael'Thas

this is what their character profiler is registering they haven't done anything. I changed the alternate name for the server to Kael'Thas but it doesn't help.

The alternate name is only for realmstatus
As for everyone getting a different realm name...that's weird

Can you get some of their CP.lua files to confirm this?

Im having the same problem with this too. I have confirmed that both he guild name and server ARE as they appear in the .lua file, but I still get a "could not find guild" error when I try to view the roster list.

Any ideas as to what may be going on?

use the officer upload first then it should work i had that problem.

And it seems that he's the only one with the problem at the moment. Still trying to crack the whip to get all the guild members to post theirs.
