I just did the install.php. I got to step 4 and uploaded conf.php to my server then clicked on >Continue to Roster Config<. It then comes up to the log in page. I put in my Roster Config password and hit go. It then comes up to the roster config page, but I have the following messages in the upper right part of screen:

If I modify anything and hit Save Settings, I get the following screen:

The resource cannot be displayed
The resource you are looking for cannot be opened by your browser.

Unfortunately, I am very new to this stuff and have no clue how to resolve this. Let me know if you need any other info from me.

This is driving me mad, because I feel like im soo close to getting this working and it was working fine until i tried to update lol.

There something to the old saying, if its not broke, dont fix it.

Ok. The Plot thickens. I manually configured the my guild info thru PHPMYADMIN. So now I can update my char.lau, however I still get the following error when trying to do a Roster Config. I have been manually editing from PhpMyAdmin, but that a pain in the azz. Any Ideas?

You have extra random text in your .htaccess file

Try looking there
