Char.php error

Looks to me like your Roster isn't installed in that folder or that Roster thinks it's in a different folder.

Did you try to upload the latest zip version of nuke port and install that?

Char.php error

Postby DarkKnight388 » Thu Aug 24, 2006 3:21 am

I thought so as that's the normal folder for php-nuke, but if you look at the error msg: /home/steelsta/public_html/asy/char.php is where roster tries to find the char.php which should say /home/steelsta/public_html/asy/modules/roster/char.php (as i presume asy is the accountname/website name?).

Okay, i checked my char.php and that line 19 should say:
Code: Select all
require_once($roster_dir . '/settings.php' );

I hope that fixes your problem.

(ps. that was one of the fixes in the lasted version of Rahtak, if I'm not mistaken. So i advise once more to take a look at the version of 10th of Aug, since that works very close to 100%. Especially with the latest fixes found in the same topic as where you can find that latest version!)

Did not work all the links still point to
/char.php?name=name&server=Detheroc
and should point to
/modules/roster/char.php?name=name&server=Detheroc

Don’t think this error has anything to do with the char.php this it has some thing to do with the settings.php one off the lines that tells the addon where the fills are it assumes that the files will always be in domain/modules/roster
When I have my roster in
domain/sub domain/modules/roster
