if so where is the sql file

What is it your trying to get working exactly? As you've posted into the UniAdmin/UniUploader area I'm guessing your talking about UniAdmin? But I'm puzzled as you wrote Roster in your post.

Are you having problems installing and setting up uniadmin or roster? Remembering that these are 2 different systems as such that share the uniuploader data/etc.
