where to get the UniUpdater source code?

hi there,
i want to translate UniUpdater to Chinese Simplified,could u tell me how to do?
and i also want to rewrite it in C/C++.so i must get it source code first.cound u tell me where to get it?

The source code is in our svn repository
We used to have a page all about accessing it and what not but that was lost in the move to the new CMS we use

Here is the svn url - it's read-only
http://svn.wowroster.net/uniuploader

Also, I believe the locales are located on our server as an .ini file that UniUploader checks for and downloads
It is attached below as a .txt file
