Hello.

I have just installed WoWRoster on our guild website for testing.

The installation process itself and initial configuration apparently went fine (thanks to the good programming and documentation work ).

But, as I tried to perform a first data upload, I got which appears to be a fatal database error, with the following captured error message.

Do you have any idea of what could have went wrong? of the steps I could take to workaround this problem?

For further context information, I have also captured the Roster Diagnostics information screen.

Looking at the error learns me that one of your chars has two times the same spell.
That quiet impossible, they are all unique - and they should be unique.

You should read this : topic5947.html#p37989 - its YOUR error

What I advise you to to is wiping the CharacterProfiler.lua file - the file you upload.
Then, as always, regenerate it by visiting all chars/banks/sacs/guild vault/Proffs.


Edit : check your host how to switch to PHP 5.x - the 4 version is really dead now.
