We now have a complete Dragonfly installer thanks to Zanix and his hard work. This version of WoWRosterDF installs like any other module from Dragonfly's module admin control panel. Zanix has designed the installer to allow you to change the name of the module directory to allow more than one install like 1.7.3 had.

Those who have downloaded the Alpha version this version will install with no troubles to you, but it is going to be best to remove all the Alpha db tables as well as removing the rosterdf row with in the cms_modules table to completely clean Dragonfly of the Alpha version.

upload to your dfroot/modules/WoWRosterDF/img/ directory or even just dfroot/images/ and just mapp to it via Roster admin control panel

Now, I know what you are saying. WTF?!?! I neEDDDZs it!
We sympathize, but we determined that the amount of new data that 2.0 collects, combined with the completely new table layouts, and the fact that Roster itself is so vastly different this time around, justifies the lack of an upgrade path.

So we are very sorry, I have not tested upgrading yet but I know clean installs work


Please create a new thread in this forum for any bugs encountered, code snipits to help out, suggestions, or help with addons.

As always, we would like this release to be as stable as possible.
So give this a thorough workout and post your feedback.

Roster 1.x addons will not work with Roster 2.0

Uhm, http\modules\WoWRosterDf\install.php is missing

Lol I thought I was crazy. Glad someone else noticed, I also am missing install.php

man i thought we did not need it... for now grab the instal file from 2.02 and then delete it after installation until I up date this package

first thx for the work you have done.
i installed the newest version and yes it seems to work.
i have the "overlib" issue, but it's due to the serveral testings i did with the previous version of wowrosterdf. so it's my job to fix this.

the other problem i have is that armorysync is not working. since i have not a lot of time at the moment i do not expect to progress on these issues in the next weeks, but as soon as i have new infos i will give feed back

I was able to get armorysync working with my install via the new files posted in the download section here. I did have to change the page/char refresh to 24 though to get it fully working.

The only issue I seem to have with the core install is that it won't find alt/main correlations. I use the exact same settings as I do on the standalone WoWRoster, and if I copy the alt table from the standalone to the DF version, the alts are grouped, but when I upload the char Lua, all alt correlations disappear.

Any ideas? What would you need to see to be able to tell me I'm simply a noob?

I use this string, but I believe if ti does not work the first time you will have to edit the db and set it there due to an add double quotes somewhere that I should get fixed.

Thanks for the quick answer. It took a little while to find the setting (not in the memberlist addon configs, as I first thought, but the main addon_config).

It seems to work. So I just know not to adjust the Alt/Main correlations on the addon's config, but in the table directly now.
