yee but can i or i cant run roster ? i rlly would like too ... i was useing 1.7.x roster and it worked perfect ... and now

The error message and the wiki entry couldn't possibly be more clear.
If you want to run WR for your private server you'll have to start hacking in the code yourself.

but i didnt write code so i dont know where to look and i dont want hack it :S ... Roster it rlly awesome thingy ...i love it 1.7 worked perfect on priv server u goes for Wotlk and new thngys addon came out i couldnt add them to 1.7 vs. so i start install 2.0.2 and boom i cant cuz of that ;( any solution ?

But Blizzard accelerate patching, WOLTK introduces huge changes.
Its very important that some details are fixed and known in advance.
Already every webserver is different, if also the info from CP.lua isn't standard then it would bring any support to a halt.

WowRoster is build upon a definded set of rules, a know product, and even then it's difficult to follow.

It's a bit like running Microsoft Word on Linux, it MIGHT work.
But don't try to phone the MS Hotline is you have any support question.
