So, what's up : the Armory doesn't like some requester (server) IP's ?
One has to pay to make its IP work ?
(more stupid reasons here)
Poeter approach to the Armory isn't good ?
A server issue ? (I'll get www.wampserver.com again to try from my work and home).

I'll have a compare / look into ArmorySync from Poeter and these tools from mmo-champion.

That might be a solution

Is it possible that poetter's solution was too resource hungry?
Don't forget that armory sync uses Roster's armory.lib.php library for most of its functions, which was coded by DS
Maybe it is the problem?

It looks like armory synch works somewhat with the development version of wowroster.

There are several major issues as well as all the talent tree issues, but it looks doable to me.

WOW Roster Dev team, I am looking at the code and I am considering throwing my hat into the ring on supporting this addon. If i decide to do that who do I need to talk to?

armory sync does work ... mosty issues are config issues but since i got my data from the armory for achivements i have been upgradeing armory sync and the roster armory class to work better and add some much needed features...

If you show that you want to actively work on it, then we will give you mod rights on the subforum and upload rights to the armorysync addon in the downloads section

The latest code is in the roster_addons repository if you want to checkout a copy

You have to be a member of the roster addon dev group here to commit changes, and we can take care of that

Ulminia, I would love to see the updates you say you have done. Send me a PM about how to get a copy of your updates. I did not see any branches or tags in the repository.

Zanix, give me a few more days to check out the code. I am really starting to think this wont be that tough to maintain/improve.

Yeah I second Mytes comments, I would very much enjoy to know what mods you made so that armorysync works a bit, I hit up your site and it looks excelent, I just wish I knew a bit more about development so that I could help maintain the addons myself :-(...

I mean correct me if I'm wrong, and I'm not trying to step on anyones toes here, but how do websites such as:

www.armory-light.com
http://be.imba.hu

get the level of updated information they do and parse it accordingly... If I was to talk to their admins and find out the values that they parse, and then post a list up here, would someone be able to help me figure out how to get it working....

skills are gone from the armory and tooltips are brokenf or the moment tryen to fix them now but here is an updated version that has rep working ...
