Can you guys shed some light on how to fix this error code, getting this every time I am uploading Guild/Character stats to the roster. And lamens terms please, I am not adversed with php so well. thanks in advance for any help you can give me on this.

Wouldn't it be easier for the administrators of roster sites if a patch were released to correct these issues? That way we wouldn't have to guess what it is that needs edited.
