The "Durability 160" and "160" is both from the same two items (url: http://roster.treehuggery.org/index.php ... info&a=c:9), "Druid" and "Classes" are from my Tier 5 and Tier 6 items. Same goes for other chars, it lists "Classes" and the actual class for Tier 4, 5 and 6 loot.
Oh, and on my lvl 57 Shammy I get this:

Fiery Blaze
Enchant

...
Any fix for this?

The short and valid answer: Yes - this can be solved.

The long answer is: it's a matter of feeding this PHP function preg_match the correct mask so it filters out the tooltip correctly.

The masks are in the preg_match/enUS.php file
The filter magic is being done in lib/item.php

pregmatch is being documented on the internet - no worry about that.

Ok, I hear you think, "You don't want the way that walks you to the solution", you want the solution.
The (my) final answer is: help us finding someone that can work with pregmatch, and you’re the WoWRoster man of the year.

Believe me, this issue seems simple, but is complicated, not even taken in account that Blizzard fiddles with the tooltip every day.

Just one thing I noticed, is that all the items it incorrectly lists variuos things as enchantments, is where the incorrectly listet value is listed *higher* in the tooltip than gem sockets...
