Need help with UU Uploader and GroupCalendar

I am having trouble with the GroupCalendar addon for WoWRoster not fully populating the calendar. I have UU set to upload GroupCalendar to WoWRoster and it does attempt to but it does not fully parse the file or something because only the first week of the month shows up in the webpage. I can upload it manually through WoWRoster's update page but that is, well, not what I want to do. So far UU works perfect with characters and other guild related info. It just seems to be the GroupCalendar that is having the problem.

I am sending it to the same update.php address as the characterprofiler.lua and pvplog.lua as this is what I was instructed to do in another thread. Is there another address I should be sending the GroupCalendar.lua to?

For the record I had another Group Calendar webpage setup from the guys at mediocrityinmotion.com and sent the LUA to their update script and it would work fine but I like the looks and integration of your Addon much better. Please help.

What version of the group calendar addon (ingame wow) are you using? I'm using the 4.1 final (latest and current version from official http://wobbleworks.com/downloads/ developers site). And am having problems with the roster addon showing info too.

I've been meaning to look into it but didn't have the time, lol. I'll see what I can come up with soon though. Maybes the addon was designed for v3.x or v4.0.x and the data formats been changed or something.

You know that is a good observation. I am also using 4.1 (latest release) and it could be that it is the issue. I will try to find the previous version tonight and see if it works to confirm your theory. Thanks

Version: 4.1b5 is the last group calendar lua file i have that worked post your errors here .. and UU maynot work with this addon...

did A check and .... the verdict is .. UU does not work with this addon ... forthe fact that the addon is guild spacific ... try having the &a=g# for the guild you are trying to upload too ... then it may work...

The problem is I do not get an error and if I manually upload it via the WR update page it works. It is just when I try to upload it via UU that it erases the old data and puts in just a few entries for the first week or so. I figured UU just passes the info to the web script that parses it from there which is why I wondered if it was a problem with WR or the GC addon

right now I am pointing UU to upload to http://www.SITENAME.org/update.php

Should I use http://www.SITENAME.org/index.php?p=update&a=g:1

go to http://www.SITENAME.org/index.php click on update .. copy the WHOLE url into uu and then try that is the upload upload url because the a=g:1 represents guild 1 on the server you are using if you have more the one guild it uploads every thing potentioaly not letting GC work...

Ulminia, you are not locking the upload of GroupCalendar data to the active guild are you?

for now yes ... soon no....untill i redo GC and add guild ids and finaly figure out how gc defines between guilds thats how i have to do it it just seemed to solve many issues.....

Maybe an interface to direct what events go to what guild might work if you can't figure it out?

that sounds cool... or maybe just a interface in the admin panel to set the default guild for ease of use...
