ArmorySync Question - can info be copied from one to another

Since I can get the ArmorySync to update everything on a local test server I am working on, and I cannot get it to update on my isp.

Is there a way that I can copy the data from my local test server to the isp server so I can have the updated info?

You can use phpmyadmin to export your roster db from your local server and import it into the db on the isp server

You would need to completely clear your isp server roster db first though, since member ids will most likely not match

I want to follow up on this, I just went and looked at the database files using phpmyadmin and my question would be:

Are there specific files that can be done or will it need to be everything?
will the "roster_addons" need to be copied?
Is there another one that has all the path information that I would want to be cautious about?

I dont mean to make this more difficult now, but I have taken everything from the main server and moved it to the local one to test and I seem to of screwed it up
