Update.php is there a smarter way?

Hi I got a question.
Instead of using update.php to keep the roster update and reloading all these files all the time, isnt there an more easy way to upload data to the roster? Im getting tired of loading characterprofiler.lua and the pvp lua all the time to have the roster updated.
Please tell me if theres an easier way =/

Use UniUploader or NetherPanel
