I'm running Uniadmin 0.7.9 (on linux).
A few times it has happened to me that when updating deadlybossmods, uniadmin didn't see it as an update and therefore added the 'new addon' in the list.
After that I deleted the old deadly boss mods.
However, when I did that uniadmin deleted the .zip file, since my old and new version of deadlybossmods had the same zip file. (only zipped contents were slightly different, but the version wasn't bumped).
Needless to say uniuploader breaks from this, since it will get a 404 when it tries to retrieve the addon.

This is probably also my fault since I always rename DBM, because uniadmin calls it "Deadly Zul'Aman Boss Mods" but I want it to list as "Deadly Boss Mods".
And like I said, the zip files also have the same name.

Is there an easy fix for this?

I've had this as well. It's as if an additional check is required when updating - if the TOC is the same *or* the zip filename is the same, update the appropriate addon.

CTMod has the same issue - the main file is always called 'Advanced' which causes problems if they update the toc.
