I'am using DF for about 1 year now, and everything was working fine.
suddenly i've contacted by a user who could not create an account.

In fact after entering all information in the registering form, sending the form lead to the following error

I looked through the DF forum and found a lot about cookies.
I checked everything and clean the cache folder but nothing works.

I tryed to post on the DF forums and they told me to ask the 3rd party mod developpers ! so i ask the same question here.

what can i try, what information did you need to help me?

This is DF security
This happens when you are on an admin page, then view another page in DF (say a new tab or window)
If you do not browse back to the former page and just switch to the tab or window with the form, you hit submit on a form, this error will appear
