problem with trigger.php

hi all

i am french and try to test your addon but i have a problem

when i update my cp.lua in my roster i have this log into my update log :

what can i do to repair my problem ?

Looks like that there are no Tabs saved in your CharacterProfiler.lua.

I have added some additional checks, so now it should not report the failure, when there´s no data.

Please try the new trigger.php an give some feedback. You can find the new trigger.php in the sticky.

but why i have no data in my cp.lua ?

in game i open a guildbank but no data in a cp.lua

Hello nefzen,

please try, after opened the guildbank, open your character window and press the "save"-Button manually. Do this for each guildbank tab.

Then logout and look in your CP.lua.

here is my cp.lua and I do not find data concerning the bank of guild. I do not find data of bank of guild.

(sorry i am french and my english is very poor )

I don´t really know why CP is not saving your bank.

Have you tried to reinstall the addon?
Have you tried to delete the cp.lua and go InGame and save data manually?

I can´t help you, when CP is not saving any data.

Maybe other user´s could help, who had have the same problem? Or one of the other Dev´s any Idea?

hi,

i try to :

- delete and reinstall the addon
- delete my cp.lua and guildprofiler.lua
- in game i open my guild bank and open my character info and click to save

but no data, i am loose i don t know to do

Hello nefzen,

looks like that another Addon should make trouble with saving data to cp.lua.
The user Keyizz reportet in an other Thread (look here) that if he´s disabled some Addons the data would be saved.

So disable all other running Addons and retry to save data. When this works activate your Addons one by one and do a save after each Addon you reenabled.

i disabled all addon. and i connect in game. open a guild bank. and disconnect to the game.

and in my cp.lua the data would be saved

everything works correctly. thanks a lot
