suddenly my profile isn't working

When I click on profile now to view my character, I see "bag icons" in all the gear slots, and none of the profile tabs (pvp, etc) give any information. I downloaded the latest CharacterProfiler and am using the latest uniuploader to upload my data.

Oh, and I've tried this in both firefox and IE 7. On the Profile page, I get a popup:
An Error Occurred While Processing Request
We appologize for this error. It has been logged.

To aid us in fixing this error, please email us at webadmin@rpgoutfitter.com a description of what you were doing, and which page you came from.

ok, I just looked in the Debugger tab, and there's this message:
Upload Error: The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
