I don't know what you mean with "bank availablity". Could you please explain?
Someone made a modification to the original 1.7.x Missing Recipes addon that gave you an extra colum, showing if any recipes was available in the guild bank. Examples:

http://213.187.181.218/thh/roster/addon ... =JikokutenThe modified addon was posted on these forum, so I guess the files can be found here somewhere...

If you can find a way to show them all on one page, I would be willing to give you the option of using allakhazam or wowhead in the addon.
Like someone mentioned, wowhead only has enUS, and it's a bit harder to mine data from the site. Problem with Allakhazam is their "dirty" database.
One option is use a local database, and have a setting as to how often it should sync it with allakhazam, looking for new recipes. To remove the "dirty" data, it'd need an admin interface where you could disable certain recipes (like the "Disenchant", "Charged Scale of Onyxia" etc for enchanting). Disabling them in an admin interface would prevent them to pop up again after a sync against Allakhazam.
