how do I name the icon? I picked out an icon that I'd like to use from Imagepack, and I tried typing that name in. "inv_cask_04" Alas, that didn't work. Any advice?

Should be the name from the imagepack, without the file extension. The icon does not show up directly after adding the button, but should appear after the next page reload.
