Menu Missing and Page Links not working

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Siggen v0.3.0.328 and I am having the following issues.

There are no Menu items appearing ... also, clicking any of the links on the left tries to load a page that is not found. The mouse hover over the link says it is trying to open roster/#

Additionally, I get the following PHP errors

I had deactivated then uninstalled the previous version and the totally deleted it from my server. Uploaded the new version to install.

I'm seeing the same thing. Firefox is also reporting a javascript error:
initializetabcontent is not defined (index.php line 3448)

Oh, yeah ... I am getting a script error as well

Upgrade to the newest Roster
The tabcontent javascript has changed

If you are still getting errors, clear your browser cache

Upgrading to 1540 resolved it ... thanks!
