This has been asked for a couple of times. I've done some groundwork before, and I had some spare time today so I implemented it.

This feature could definitely use some more testing than I can give it from work.

I tried this today and it doesn't seem to be working. When you update relations from the guild specific page, it updates *all* members in *all* guilds using whatever guild-specific configuration I've just entered, which means that one guild is right, but one is wrong.

I also tried a full profile upload and neither guild relationships were correct afterwards. I had to remove the per-guild config entries to get things back to normal.
