hey first sorry for my very bad english ( i know) but i hab big trouble with roster getting startet. I downloaded roster 1.73_full package. i put these files in my root of my webserver in a folder caled roster.
when i try to start the install.php i get the error that i have no permission to use this

Ps:
I use an php forum and some other php tools like eqdkp with no erros (the spec for the server are correct (php 5 und newest mysql)
