Char not in Armory - Causes Sync to freeze

Hey there ...

We've got a Char that is - somehow - not in the Blizzard Armory.
Everytime I try to Sync, Armory Sync gets stuck while trying to get this certain Character.

The timeout doesn't seem to work here ...

OK, i need your guild, server and the characters name. Language is german?
