After a fresh install i get those errors :

PS : I had to remove the .htacess file or i still got the error 500 page .

If this is personal server, you need to set a directory for sessions and configure php.ini to that directory

If this is as web host, they have something mis-configured

Try sending an email to them saying that your php session directory isn't configured for your server

They might fix it for you
