I want to change my roster to show only the main characters and use the Alt Addon for people to see who has Alts. Or is there a way to change your roster to be the Alt Add-on instead?

You need to modify (I think it is memberlist.php) to change the SQL statement so it gets rid of the alts from the list the same way they are eliminated in the lib/menu.php file.
