I'm sorry to ask such a question but i can't find the addon anywhere on the website?

WoWRoster Addon ? - and if so, WoWRoster 1.7.3 (the actual - stable) compatible - or the new Beta 2 ones ?
If non : Search the big Gold colored WoWRoster.net title on this page (hint : look at the top of this page) - and go 1 cm below it, and locate the word "Community".
In the drop down list, locate the word Download - go to that one, and make your choice.

I mean the wowroster addon called Roster Tooltip Mod [Gem Sockets and Enchants] for wowroster 1.7.3
