I'm having the same issue. Two (out of 100+) mains don't show a collapse icons next to them. The alts show up properly indented and everything, but without the collapse icon.

I tried refreshing relationships many times, in fact I do it every time after I update the roster, but the problem is still there.

Please don't report new issues to the same topic. If the same fix didn't work, it probably isn't the same problem, since there aren't all that many possible symptoms.

I just installed this today, and everything seems ok, except for that missing collapse button. I have clicked "Update Relations" more than 5 times now with no results. It is only happening to one character atm (Tym) and I have verified there are not spaces in my notes.

Officer Notes = ALT-<CharacterName>

without the <,>'s of course.

Tym has been set as main via the per-character update mechanism. Either upload a file with both Tym and Foxsmooeow in it, or reinstall the addon and turn the character-upload detection mechanism off.

Ok this took me some time researching, as I was not sure what you meant by the "character-upload detection mechanism" I found some other posts similiar to this that have brief explanations that helped me out. Just in case anyone else gets confused like I was here are the steps I took to resolve it:

1) Looked in Main/Alt configuration menu looked under "Update Type" it said "Both"
2) Uninstalled the Addon, then Reinstalled.
3) Prior to Uploading the CharacterProfiler.lua, I changed the "Update Type" to "Guild"
4) Uploaded CharacterProfiler.lua.

Walla! My Main was displaying the right alt with the collapsible button. Hope this helps other members in the future.
