Very new to this I keep getting this error when I look at the install page. Not exactly sure what I am doing wrong or need to do.

Got that figured out.. Now it asks me to upload a blank config.php and give it write access. How do I do that?

Ok, first, what did you do to figure it out?
I'm sure others might wanna know if they come across the same issue.

Had to figure out how to change permission codes on my host site..

Ok, as for a blank conf.php file
Just make a txt file with nothing in it, and rename it conf.php
