here is the last version of the localization files from the Key_BC AddOn.

Please think about two things:

1. At this time there is no way to track the spell that let you in the Serpent Shrine. So you can only track the two signets.

2. The questline for the black temple does not end with getting the "Medallion of Karabor". When finished the medallion will become another item. Perhaps we need a second questline for this item?
