Pics not displaying in Profiles/Talents

I did a clean install for a new guild I am doing the website for today and installed the roster. Everything appears to work fine, except if I click on my profile I can mouseover my armor, but there are no pics there. Anyone have any idea what I did wrong? My other guild website runs off the same server and works fine.

You didn't follow the installation instructions...

Go and download the WoW Roster Imagepack and upload all the icons as per the instructions.

I didn't mention it, but I did upload the imagepack as well. Thats why I'm puzzled lol.

I just clicked your link and though the armor, talents, etc all have images, the border around the info seems to be missing...

I am having similar issues. I uploaded the Image Pack and extracted it inside the /img directory as the instructions said. For some reason images are not loading for my talents and also professions. Any ideas?
