First of all,
rpgo - CharacterProfiler v2.3.1a is an addon, supported here:
http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/Addons/Char ... ofiler.cfm, as is rpgo - GuildProfiler
v2.3.1a.
The output of these addons is used to make WoWRoster alive.
You can not search for another ‘program’: they are ALL (except the Armory) using the same concept, and I’m pretty sure that all WoW IG collectors use Kalvin’s addon, or a modified copy of it
Anyway, as you said, it works before, so consider change something – on YOUR side.
The question is: What changed on your side ?
You could consider posting a question here:

To help me helping you, I have some questions for you.
After the wow login screen, do you see in the bottom left corner the red Addons button?
When you click on it, do you see the CharacterProfiler & GuildProfiler listed, activated and is the version number ok?
When enter the world, do you see a message from CharacterProfiler that its loading?
When you type /cp or /gp, do you see a notification from the concerning addon?
Do you see a red save button on your character’s page? Click on it!
Same thing on your Guild overview page? Clicking on its save button will show some status text – does it?
Do you understand all the command line options of
cp and
gp?
Get my point - you can instruct cp to skip certain chars.
To undo this, do this:
What you can do to check, and remove ANY WTF settings: rename the WTF directory – with WoW stopped, of course.
WoW will create another one on start-up – with all settings to default, all your addons will do the same.
If this works (you found your files), think about keeping the new WTF directory.
If not, revert back.
Don't worry, the
why part is always simple - the complicated one is finding it
