wher did you DL itemstat ??
we work with this version http://itemstats.free.fr wich support european caracter set

I downloaded item_stats from here wowroster. It is the Dragonfly Portal one as the itemstats.free.fr didnt appear to have an installation option for Dragonfly.

I will check now to see if I kept the origanl download file and report back.

I think the file I used could have been

itemstatsDF+FPro_20b_full.rar/zip

Ok in the conf file try generic_itemstats.php or df_itemstats.php

ok I changed it to generic_itemstats.php (in fact i tried both, but left it with generic as it was a larger size file) and I some progress made, I can now click on the raid for example and get the following error under eipc loot

There is obviously a database access here now, and I am going to double check some things over again. Wondering if I have missed anything out for example.? Any idea?

did you put the correct user/password in the config file of itemstat ?

i will check it, but itemstats works fine with no problems at all.? Would itemstats work ok if that was missing.?
