This is my situation: the addon correctly parses everything, but it doesn't show the (+) icon near a Main Character if it has more than one alt.

I had a similar issue awhile back. I performed an "Update Relations" in the ALTMonitor config and it fixed everything up. That maybe something to try if you haven't already.

Yeah, that's probably the most likely reason.

I don't delete handled problems. If you fixed your own problem make another post with the solution, if you know how you fixed it, for future reference by other ppl with problems. Quite some people actually use search.
