There is no error in that log. The log also shows that nothing goes wrong during the parsing of your CharacterProfiler.lua.

Looks like it all works well.

If your roster doesn't get updated, try doing a forced upload by clicking the icon next to your upload URLs. That will show you a dialog window that contains the progress of the upload. If anything has gone wrong in your Roster then it will be shown in that dialog.

If I try a forcing say this and the roster is not updated...

Your files probably either don't exist or they aren't regular files. Please check whether this file exists and is not a symlink or something else.

mtguido: I had some trouble getting the upload dialog to show also. Try this to get the dialog window to show.

Open jUU
Click on Configuration
check Verbose Errors
Push the button to the right of Upload URLs (Mouse over calls it 'Forced Upload')

If all goes well you should have a dialog pop up for every character jUU uploads. This is the update.php dialog that manual uploaders see. This will report back any errors on the Roster side.
