New Version finished.

This is the one to go along with WoW patch 2.1.0.
So this means all the new stuff of this patch is added.

For all the changes see the changelog:

- added the new Factions (Ashtongue Deathsworn, Ogri'la, Sha'tari Skyguard, Netherwing)
- updated faction Scale of the Sands with all the new (jewelcrafter) recipes, left the rings obtainable via quest (like Violett Signets) out, because there isn't enough info on those database sites
- added new Earthen Elixir to Cenarion Expedition
- added Brood of Nozdormu and Violett Signet Rings
- added tooltip to show reagents for recipes, they are not that nice as I wanted them to be, because the tooltips always get the width of the largest tooltip on that site and I can't figure out how to get around of this
- some minor technical changes that have no visible effect
- fixed some wrong data

Oh and I removed the beta from the version number. ;-)

Attention: Users of frensh rosters need to update the frFR.php, it's still at the state of 1.0.0. But I added the comment "added with 2.1.0" everywhere in enUs.php and deDE.php to easier find the changes. :-)

Hey, would it be possible to have a view where any receipts or rewards a char could still learn over ALL FRACTIONS will be shown?

Checking if I forgot something to learn, get or buy is eating a lot of time to go through all fractions and review them.

I (only I?) would love to have a view where it shows all rewards for my char I already own, could own or will own with increased reputation.

Don't know how to code/do that...

Yes it would be doable, and I also had this idea in the early development stage, but later I got away from that for the sake of keeping it readable/viewable. With all that factions that are in the game (and maybe come in game) the page will grow immensly and you'll have to scrolll a lot. ;-)
So I (personaly) think it's better the way it is.

maybe only something like that for receipes/rewards available but not taken and available in the future? This would be limited. What my char already took does not really interest the player. What is coming or what he/she forget to get and take would be a very great help.
