My problem is, that the *CharacterProfiler.lua* displays the information
of the wrong guild I want to upload...even tho I saved the dates from a
Character of the guild I want to upload.

Do I have to be the GuildMaster to do the Roster Guild upload? I am not the
GuildMaster for the guild I want to upload, but I am the GuildMaster for the
other guild, and this informations are in the *CharacterProfiler.lua* ...even I
never saved any data's from this character.

CP automatically saves data for any character you play on. However, since CP 2.0 multiple guilds can be in the file at the same time, so probably the correct guild is in there as well, it's just further down.

I copied now out the guild name and server from the file...but when uploading
I get an error saying*Error while parsing CharacterProfiler after 0 seconds*

I have a suggestion.......
delete the characterprofiler.lua (back it up somewhere) but delete it, load your wow and the char in the guild you want to setup everything with, save, logout and then try to post them, since you have not logged any of your other chars in there shouldnt be any conflict.
this seem to work for me
