Level 0 instead of level 70?

I have just setup wowroster 1.7.3 and I have uploaded my guild and my characers profile (who is level 70) but when I look at the list it has my character as level 0!!, now we have other level 70's and it shows them (but they havent uploaded yet.

Is it something I have done?

It possible your character didn't get a complete scan in game

Go into wow, type /cp purge CHARNAME
Then rescan the character
