wowroster for drupal 5.x 403 forbidden/404 missing error

Postby sriin » Wed May 23, 2007 8:54 am

i have followed the install readme.txt file, gone into my site/default/settings.php and altered it according to the readme, as well as checked, double checked all my spellings and locations, etc.

i get the following error when i click on my wowroster link in my menu in drupal:

the URL in my location bar is http://www.industrythirteen.com/defianc ... ter_iframe

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /page/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i obviously DO have permission to access /page/ on my server, but not according to this error.

i have no idea what has caused this. sorry i don't have any more information to offer. i recently just got wowroster actually working on my site so i could use it with this module. now this is the issue i am running into. >.<

wowroster for drupal 5.x 403 forbidden/404 missing error

My only claim to fame is that I got my wowroster module working (for the most part). By the link, it looks like you don't have clean urls enabled? This is my link: http://thehateguild.com/wowroster_iframe.

It's under /admin/settings/clean-urls in Drupal 5.x. You select enable. But, I don't know if that makes a difference.

*edit* ok. I disabled clean-urls, and this is the page I got (which worked) http://thehateguild.com/?q=wowroster_iframe. I looks like in your link, you have an extra /page/, assuming your guild's drupal is under /defiance/. Maybe that's a setting somewhere? My guild's drupal is installed under the root directory. Maybe your settings in admin/settings/wowroster are not configured correctly? Also, when I tried to browse to http://www.industrythirteen.com/defiance/ it seems like I don't have permissions to look at that either.
