Memberlog confuses me

If you have a look at my memberlog, you will see several duplicate entries that are not clear for me:

The last char "Hansalbers" was invited, but never left the guild. i don't understand these confusing entries?! in the same minute he joined and left the guild?

i have this strange issue with most of the chars. what could be the reason?

you have multiple people doing guild updates, and one of them did an update without first scanning the guild data, so when the update gets done, the system does not see the name in the guild info and deletes it again. the later someone else does an update and it adds him again. i had the same problem with 2 admins doing updates. It even occurs with one admin using 2 diff machines / accounts.

I dont quite see how to avoid this though, unless you disable the deleteing of members that left the guild and turn that into a manual process.

1.8 will have date checking for guild updates
So an older scan will not affect the memberlist
