how can a Member choose to show there bank or not

I imported all the guild list since i am the GM of the guild.
And also the admin of the site. Now by default my bank and everything shows
How can i disable that so it doesnt show chars banks n such. Or where is the option so they can choose. I see the option in the admin but if i log out of the admin and only in as a member i cant choose to see a bank or not.
Whats going on with this?

There is no user based control for this

There is a page to configure per-character control, but this is admin access only as well

I can't say for the DF version, but since the base roster versions has no auth and the DF version doesn't get too deep in modifying such stuff, it seems unlikely.
