this is only a partly solution because ingame the formula name differs from the skillname. if you use the code above the character abilities are shown korrectly but if you click the itemlink you get an error because the formula is unknown.

formulaname: Formel: Armschiene - Heilung
skillname: Armschiene - Heilkraft

the best would be if blizz fixes this localizationbug
