Theme for dragonfly?

This section is for discussing DragonFly CMS and WoWRosterdf themes

RoboJerk,

Thank you, as usual, for your help with this!

I used your version of the theme.php. Then I edited the /language/english/main.php file as you suggested. That allowed me to changed the text for the WoWRosterDF link, but now the link itself just points to http://www.mysite.com/ instead of http://www.mysite.com/index.php?name=WoWRosterDF

I assume that there would be another edit that I need to make somewhere so that the link points in the right direction?

I found the fix to the logo.gif issue in the /template/header.html file.

Thanks!

RottGutt

I found the problem. The theme.php file was missing the line:

Code: Select all
'U_ROSTER'     => getlink('WoWRosterDF'),

Wow they want $20 for a forums pro 2 template.

I will just modify mine fully to work with v2.

I grabbed the quickreply.html out of that post you just linked to and replaced the version I had.

Now the quick reply is working.

I will maybe take time next week to make a full working v2 template.

Please do 1 of 2 things:

Modify $WSG_Credits in theme.php to indicate this is a modification of my theme that you have done.

-or-

Let me take over this modification - I'll apply your graphics and color changes to the latest WoWBlack theme and offer it as a seperate WoWTBC theme (I'll give you credits for the mod)

This way, we can keep them synced and/or seperate. I've recently got a few bug reports and wondered why they were all running version 1.0.0! :)

I'm currently working on updating WoWBlack to 9.1.2.1 compliance.
As for the ForumsPro v2 templates - they're just such a pain to create (especially when you don't run FP by default, that we charge for the extra). It would have been soo much easier if those guys didn't change the naming convention for all the icons!

By all means I can send you a zipped version of mine.

you will need to fix up the FPv2 area maybe as some images are the standard ones still. (havnt gotten around to fixing them)

Its based on your amazing WowBlack. Just thought it needed a bit of TBC to it :)

I hear ya on ppl changing small things that effect a lot of stuff. probably why I havnt bothered fixing it yet :)

I will attach a zip here today or tomorrow and you can take over and just give me credit for the slight modifications to the TBC look.

Here it is if ya havnt seen. Dawn Of Wolves Site

Thanks Razac - nice job! I developed the WoWBlack theme about the time TBC came out and I considered making one more TDC-based, but I didn't get any requests, so....

I grabbed the zip from further up in this post, and I'll take a look at that.

rlgura,

I use your your wsg_wow theme for my site, I just wondered what is the difference between the forums and the forums pro icons. I have just moved some of the forums icons to work with forums pro. the only one i have not done was subforums... was going to try and make one up

p.s. excellent job on both themes by the way
