How Do I upload 2 different .lua to 2 different locations?

HiHo.

My problem is, to configure UniAdmin to upload two differnet .lua to two differnt URL's. Is that possible?

e.g.

CharacterProfiler.lua -> Roster homepage
GroupCalendar.lua -> gc-to-web homepage

If it's possible, than how? ^^

UU can upload both to both url's, but not one to one, the other to one

i think the gc-to-web-stuff would just ignore characterprofiler.lua and the other way around

and if you use gzip function bandwidth shouldnt be an issue

Yes, thats true but it's not what I meant. I want to update both, roster as well as GroupCalendar. For that I have to copy CharacterProfiler.lua to .../roster/update.php and GroupCalendar.lua to .../groupcalendar/update.php
It's not a matter of bandwith but a "missing feature".

why dont you just select both SVs and then set an additional URL, you dont have to manually do anything that way.

Was this ever worked out. I would really like to get this working with my website where I can upload the GroupCalendar.lua to update my guildcalendar (from http://www.mediocrityinmotion.com) Do I need a special script to make this work or what?

1. select all SV's involved
2. set the primary and any additional URLs

another option is GroupCalendar has been converted and updated to the latest addon version for ingame and is in our download section the update_hook.php can be converted to use the gc-to-web tables rather then the addons thus solving some of your issues too...

Sooooo.... I got the addon setup in Roster. I can upload the GroupCalendar.lua via the website but..... I cant get UU to upload update the Calendar...

I get the error : Detected invalid access to this file!

I am sending it to : /addons/GroupCalendar/inc/update_hook.php (full link of course...)

I cant figure out whats going on.... Any advise?

the update hook has to be phased through the roster its self you cant access the file directly its a security feature

install groupcalendar into the roster then the hook will activate then select the groiupcalendar.lua in uu in the sv section and upload to the primary interface url for update and hit upload it should phase the data and say so many records incerted .. and as i said you can change the table settings in the update file to use the GC-to-web tables or use the addon they are basicaly one and the same just the addon is more up to date with the wow addon its self ...
