Ok, I will redo all of roster... and see if it works.. I might have broken something somehow... now sure.. but something is not working right because that does not work...

OK I completely reupoaded and installed UniAdmin and the Add-on's and its still not working. I am not sure why its not working but its giving this back in the server response

Anyway... I have it uploading now.. kinda.. It only partially uploaded the Guild Calendar info. I tried multiple times through UU to get it to update with all the events to no avail.

I manually uploaded the file and it worked just fine. What might have caused this to not parse all the data from the GC lua file?

the primary url (roster update url) should be sufficient if you have the GC SV checked in UU.

I do and I keep trying to upload the group calendar through UU and it actually deletes records. I manually uploaded the GC info through the site and when I used UU it deleted a load of stuff and only put up a few in the first week...

vista's new "virtual directory" may be to blame for this.

are you running vista?

as a matter of fact I am... Is there any way around this? how does it work and why would it cause this... Its does load some of the info but not all of it which is why it is confusing me.

unfortunately i do not have a vista box to test with, otherwise i would have fixed uu long ago. if you do tinker with your wow install or windows, please post your findings.


edit: I would start by deleting the WTF folder with an admin account. The "virtual store" crap should have the latest (correct) SVs. I have a feeling UU will not be able to see any accounts, but perhaps not (because of some ambiguous reports back in the uu forum)

I am not sure why it would have any virtual folders stuff with the wow folder as its not an install on the C drive... I have my wow install on a backup drive and UU can upload CharacterProfiler.LUA just fine and it seems like it starts to upload the Group Calendar LUA but only gets/parses part of it. There has to be a way to fix it I just cant figure it out unfortunatly. If I had a way to get you a vista machine I would just to fix this lol... I so want this to work....

No other suggestions on this?

Oh another thing I should mention, I did have another Guild Calendar installed (from Mediocrity in Motion and it looked just like this)

I was able to add a second URL to upload to and it worked fine and got all the info in the GroupCalendar.lua and displayed it properly. Is it possible that the site is not properly parsing the LUA file?

Any ideas ??
