WoW Roster on MySQL 5.0?

I've had the roster on MySQL 4.0 for too long now and I think it's time to upgrade. However, instead of going to MySQL 4.1, I'm thinking why not go to 5.0 instead?
Question is, are there any reasons why WoWRoster would not work well on MySQL 5? Just wanna check before I go ahead with the upgrade.

We test and code WoWRoster on MySQL 5 and it works just fine
